The Lake Estes Municipal Golf Course is 9 holes of good golf in an exquisite setting. The course moves back and forth across the Big Thompson River with several bridges across the water. You can see from the sign to the left part of what you may come across on the course. As beautiful as this course is, you may be distracted by the scenery around it. The Lake Estates Municipal Golf Course is just east of the Estes Park Visitor Center and abuts the Lake Estes City Park to the south. Lake Estes itself is a bit further east, downstream on the Big Thompson River. |
