St. Andrews at Westcliffe is on the north side of Westcliffe, about half-a-mile up Copper Gulch Road. This is a beautiful 9 hole public course in a gorgeous setting. This well-kept links style course also offers exquisite views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, several good bunkers and some nice water hazards. I found this a very personable course (meaning the amateur that I am, I could do well here) with the blue tees rated 65.0, slope 119, and the red tees rated 65.8, slope 117. Local Rules:
