Arrowhead

Go 2.25 miles west into Poudre Canyon from Rustic on Highway 14. There's 1/4 mile of highway frontage on the north side of the property.

Dry Creek North

From US 87, go about 50 miles west on CR 80C (Cherokee Park Road) to CR 103. Turn and go north on Bull Mountain Access Road, then 5 miles northeast to property (northeast of Shell Creek). Some OHV roads access the property but no established roads.

Take Highway 34 west of Loveland to Big Thompson School, then go 4 miles north on CR 27 (Buckhorn Road) to Masonville. Continue northwest on Buckhorn Mountain Road for 2.5 miles to Storm Mountain Road. Turn and go 2.5 miles west on Storm Mountain Road to access sign on National Forest land. From there it's by foot or horseback 1.5 miles to the property.

Go 22 miles north of Fort Collins on US 287 to CR 80C (Cherokee Park Road). Head west on CR 80C for 40 miles to CR 103, turn and go north to Bull Mountain Road, then go 4 miles northeast. Parking is on adjacent BLM land. Timber activity may be present. Access is by rough 4WD road with no turnaround for trailers.

For west property: turn off FR 200 and go west 5 miles. Sections 25 and 36 accessed off CR 103, which cuts through southwest corner of Section 36. Section 34 is 5 miles west of CR 103 on FR 200, then go north 1 mile on BLM two-track road.

  • Boating that creates a whitewater wake is not allowed.
  • No camping, fires, hunting, sailboats, sailboards, ice skating, ATV's, dirt bikes, snowmobiles or discharging firearms or bows allowed.
