From there it's by foot or horseback 1.5 miles to the property.

For west property: turn off FR 200 and go west 5 miles. Sections 25 and 36 accessed off CR 103, which cuts through southwest corner of Section 36. Section 34 is 5 miles west of CR 103 on FR 200, then go north 1 mile on BLM two-track road.

From Wellington exit on the I-25 go 5.5 miles on Highway 1 to CR 15, then 1 mile north on CR 15 to CR 60, then 1/4 mile west to La Vina Drive, then north on La Vina Drive to property.

• Boating that creates a whitewater wake is not allowed.
• No camping, fires, hunting, sailboats, sailboards, ice skating, ATV's, dirt bikes, snowmobiles or discharging firearms or bows allowed.

Go 1 mile northeast of town of Red Feather Lakes on USFS Road.
