Teton County is in eastern Idaho with Wyoming to the east. Named for the Teton Mountains along its eastern boundary, Teton County was founded in 1915. Teton County contains 450 square miles of land and almost no surface water. The county seat is Driggs.

In Victor you'll find the remains of the lone profitable coal mine in all of Idaho, although the mine shut down long ago and the railroad tracks that led to the mine were pulled to make way for a beautiful rails-to-trails bikeway between Victor and Driggs.
