Bear Paw Ski Bowl |
|
Bear Paw Ski Bowl is located about 29 miles south of Havre, Montana, on the Rocky Boy Indian Reservation. There is certified ski instruction available on the hill but equipment rentals are at Master Sports in Havre. There is also a concession stand at the base offering food and drinks. Bear Paw Ski Bowl has been managed, run and maintained by a non-profit, all-volunteer organization registered as the Snow Dance Ski Association. As the property is actually owned by the Chippewa Cree Tribe, Snow Dance and the Chippewas have worked together for years in providing, improving and promoting Bear Paw Ski Bowl. |
