Adams County is in west central Idaho with Oregon to the west. Named in honor of President John Adams, Adams County contains 1,365 square miles of land and 5 square miles of water. Adams County was founded in 1911. The county seat is Council. Brundage Mountain Ski Resort and Little Ski Hill are located in Adams County, just barely west of the county line between Adams and Valley County. |
