Toquerville, Utah
Toquerville was named in honor of Chief Toquer of the Paiute Nation. The settlement originally consisted of 19 families but has grown a bit since those first families arrived in the area. And since Utah established Quail Creek State Park nearby, tourism funds have supplemented the traditional agricultural economy nicely.
